Puppy Guarantee and Conditions

Working/Breeding Contract

A.  Description of Dog

The dog sold pursuant to the terms of this agreement is as follows on this date:

B.  Consideration

This dog, identified above, is being sold for the sum of $_________, to be paid in full before  

placement.

C.  Limitation of Contract

This contract applies to the original puppy only and is non-transferable to a second party.  No

replacement will be given if the male or female has been bred, neutered, or spayed.  Buyer is

responsible for all transportation costs to and from Adel Haus German Shepherds on the ordinal          and replacement puppy.  Puppies will be replaced only with a replacement puppy option only.         Replacement puppies are placed without any guarantee.

D.  Hip/Health Guarantee

This puppy is guaranteed to be free of Genetic Hip Dysplasia until the dog is 12 months of age,           

       It is required that the buyer presents a copy of all official  hip certifications or  

preliminary consultations to the seller for documentation purposes.   

The replacement puppy will be place at 1/2 the purchase price of the replacement puppy, only if          all paper work (i.e. registration documents and official documents verifying hip dysplasia and

proof of spay/neuter by a licensed veterinarian are presented to the breeder. 

The puppy, to knowledge of seller, is free from communicable disease and is healthy at the time        of placement.

E.  Maintenance

Buyer agrees to the following:

1.  Provide and maintain good health and provide preventative health care.

2.  Provide proper exercise as indicated to maintain this dog of bitch in proper weight                               and physical condition.

3.  Provide a proper diet consisting of top-quality food and supplements.

4.  Agrees that this dog is NOT to be left in a backyard or kennel only.  This dog or bitch is                     being sold with the understanding that it was to into a family-type situation.  This is for the                    benefit to which the dog was bred.

5.  Breeding Requisites (if applicable):  Males and females may only be bred after the age of 2                  years and the dog or bitch is OFA or "a" stamp certified.  The dog or bitch will only be bred                to dogs with hip certification and working titles.

.6.  Provide the seller with photographs every four months until the age of two, then every year.                 The buyer agrees to submit any photos suitable for advertising and photocopies, along with                  any awards and critiques of accomplishments

7.  Seller will repossess the dog if any neglect is evident at the expense of the buyer.

8.  Should the buyer be unable to keep the above stated puppy; seller has first rights to the puppy              to find a proper home.

9.  Buyer swears that they are not a dog broker or associated with pet stores, and they are not

     purchasing this dog or bitch solely for breeding purposes.

10.  Buyer promises to keep the dog or bitch under control in heavily traffic areas.

F.  Agreement

We acknowledge that we are dealing with a living being and cannot control or foresee all health  

       issues that could possible occur.

This contract takes precedence over anything written and/or verbal in the past, present and future.

The seller and buyer of the above stated dog both completely agree and understand this entire          contract and guarantee.  We also understand that should there be a breech in this contract, it will 

      nullify the everything stated within.  By signing this contract you are agreeing to abide by all that is

      stated within.  No statements either written or verbal before or after signing this contract are

      binding.

Any and all legal disputes will take place in Sedgwick County, Colorado.
